This is the morning of the surgery 05-27-10. We had many visits from the doctors including our main surgeon. Chad asked him if he had gotten a good night sleep and if he Eaten a good breakfast. Like he would tell us if he hadn't :0) IV's were then started and Chad was given a dose of "liquid courage" as the Anesthesiologist called it. The Doc said "you will feel it when it hits your brain". About 2 minutes later Chad said "I think it's here". They then wheeled him away. As he went threw the door he punched his fist in the air and yelled "let's do this".
