Dear Grandma MacPherson passed away on Tuesday May 8th. We love and miss her so much. I never heard her say anything that wasn't positive. She held a special place in my heart because all my grandmothers have passed away and she adopted me as one of her own. She always told me I was doing a great job as a wife and mother. It really meant something coming from her. She made everyone she came in contact with feel good but there was something special between Chad and Grandma. I can't explain it but I felt it. They had a bond like no other. Many have told me that Chad is the most like Grandpa MacPherson (who passed away when Chad was really young) and maybe that is why they were so connected...I don't know but it was special. She was so cute with the boys. They loved to see her and talk to her. Ethan loved to help great grandma get her cane or hold her hand down the stairs and I know she loved a good hug from Wade.
The little angel pin is one that Wade picked out for her for Christmas 2010. Grandma Mac truly was an angel. We miss her greatly but are so glad "she is having the time of her life" as Ethan says.
